How Does the Process Work?
STEP 1: FILL OUT FORM
Provide some basic information via the form above and we will send you a list of information that we will need or follow-up with a brief introductory phone call.
STEP 2: ENGAGE ADVOCATE
A Patient Advocate will gather additional information either via a phone call or via email. If a face to face meeting is required we can determine that at this time.
STEP 3: THE ANSWERS
Utilizing the information gathered we will provide you the answers to help you make informed decisions. See below for additional information we may require.
What Additional Information Will You Need?
Every mesothelioma patient is different, but the three most important things our Patient Advocates will speak with you about will be the following:
- Patient Occupational and Residential History
Were you exposed to asbestos at your job or in your home? Were you in the military? What type of work did you do? Are their co-workers who have gotten mesothelioma? - Medical History
Has an oncologist diagnosed you with mesothelioma? Do you have a history of health issues? Does your family have a history of health issues? - Geographical Location
Where are you currently residing? Do you have options to travel?
